规范化康复护理对周围性面神经瘫痪患者的影响

The Effect of Standardized Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨规范化康复护理因素对周围性面神经瘫痪患者护理效果的影响。方法将符合标准的64例周围性面神经瘫痪的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。2组均予针刺、艾灸、药物等常规治疗,并予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施规范化康复护理,观察2种护理模式对面神经瘫痪患者康复疗效的效果。结果观察组的康复效果明显优于对照组,观察组的有效率为100%,对照组的有效率87.5%(P<0.05)。结论对周围性面神经瘫痪患者采取早期积极有效的治疗及规范化的康复护理,可有效提高周围性面神经瘫痪患者的护理效果,促进面肌功能的恢复,缩短疗程,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of standardized rehabilitation nursing on the patients with peripheral facial paralysis. Methods 64 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 32 cases in each. The two groups received acupuncture, moxibustion, medicine and other conventional treatment, and besides the routine nursing, the standardized rehabilitation nursing used in the observation group, then observe the effect index of the two groups.Results The reha- bilitation effect of observation group is better than the control group, the effective rate was 87.5% in the control group, and the observation group was 100%（P〈005）.Conclusion Taking early effective treatment and standardized rehabilitation nursing on patients with facial nerve paralysis, which can effectively improve the effect of nursing care of patients with peripheral facial paralysis of facial muscles, can promote functional recovery, can shorten the course of treatment, can improve patients satisfaction.
