中西医结合治疗上环后月经不调的临床疗效观察

目的:对中西医结合应用于上环后月经不调的效果加以分析总结。方法:随机选择上环后出现月经不调患者75例,分成A组与B组,A组43例患者为治疗组,给予逐瘀止血汤加醋酸甲羟孕酮片医治;B组32例患者为对照组,给予单纯醋酸甲羟孕酮片医治。结果:A组患者月经时间、月经量、周期时间均优于B组,有效率高于B组,不良反应发生率低于B组。结论:中西医结合应用于上环后月经不调,有效率较高。

Objective The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine used in the ring after menstruation effect to analyze.Methods Randomly selected ring appeared after menstruation in patients with 75 cases,divided into A group and B group,A group of 43 patients for the treatment group,giving the stasis hemostasis Decoction of medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets cure;B group of 32 patients as control group,simply given medroxyprogesterone acetate tablets cure.Results In group A time,menstruation,menstrual cycle time was better than that of group B,efficiency is higher than that in B group,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than B group.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine used in the ring after menstruation,have higher efficiency.
