育龄妇女急腹症临床分析

The clinical thinking of diagnosis of acute abdominal pain

目的:总结育龄妇女急腹症的类型及临床特点,为临床治疗提供有力依据。方法:对育龄妇女进行常规以及B超等相关辅助检查,并将所患急腹症进行分类,分析其临床特征。结果:阑尾炎40例,手术治疗38例,占95.0%,卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转25例,手术治疗25例,占100%;宫外孕52例,手术治疗52例,占100%,急性胰腺炎和急性胆囊炎分别为20例和18例,依据病情具体情况选择治疗方式。结论:急腹症的病因极为复杂,且具有极强的隐蔽性,其腹痛的表现也具有多样性,不同患者同一种腹痛的表现不同,因此应该准确诊断,并根据患者具体情况选择治疗方案。

Objective To summarize the types of acute abdomen women of child-bearing age and clinical characteristics,provide powerful basis for clinical treatment.Methods For women of child-bearing age for regular and B superfine related auxiliary check,and will suffer from acute abdominal disease classification,analysis the clinical features.Results Appendicitis and cases,surgery and cases,accounting for 95.0%,ovarian tumor pedicle torsion 25 cases,surgery 25 cases,accounting for 100%;Ectopic pregnancy in 52 cases,surgery in 52 cases,accounting for 100%,acute pancreatitis and acute cholecystitis were twenty cases and eighteen cases,on the basis of the specific choice of the disease treatment.Conclusion The cause of acute abdomen is very complex,and has strong concealment,the abdominal pain performance also has diversity,different people the same kind of abdominal pain performance is different,so should be accurate diagnosis,and according to the specific conditions in patients with choice of treatment.
