茵栀黄口服液用于新生儿黄疸83例临床分析

目的:探讨茵栀黄口服液用于新生儿黄疸治疗的临床效果分析。方法:收治新生儿黄疸患者160例,随机分为两组,对照组77例和观察组83例,使其有可比性。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予茵栀黄口服液口服治疗。对两组治疗效果进行评价,对两组治疗前后胆红素水平进行监测。结果:观察组治疗显效率及总有效率分别为69.88%和91.57%,明显高于对照组46.75%和75.32%的比例;观察组自治疗1天起其胆红素水平即明显低于治疗前;自治疗第3天起对照组胆红素水平开始明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组。上述比较两组差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿黄疸患者加用茵栀黄口服液进行治疗可有效缩短病程,增加疗效,是一种简单而有效的治疗方式。

Purpose：To analyze the clinical effect of Yinzhihuang Oral Solution in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods：One hundred and sixty neonates with jaundice were recruited and randomized into two comparable groups.The 77 patients in control group were treated with conventional therapy,while the rest 83 in observation group were administered Yinzhihuang Oral Solution in addition to conventional therapy.Both groups were assessed for their responses and monitored for bilirubin concentrations before and after intervention.Results：Obviously effective rate and total response rate of observation group was 69.88% and 91.57% respectively,which were significantly higher than their conterparts in control group.The observation group was found with appreciable decrease of bilirubin concentration from the first day after treatment,while it took 3 days for control group to achieve the same effect.Moreover,the average bilirubin concentration was significantly lower in observation group than in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Yinzhihuang Oral Solution is a simple and effective remedy for neonates with jaundice due to abridged course and enhanced efficay.
