摘要
本文研究了荷移反应,选择DCPIP为π-电子接受体测定治疗心血管病药物——心得安。在甲醇介质中,络合物的最大吸收波长为640nm,组成为1:1,相对标准偏差低于5%。应用拟定的方法测定心得安片剂与标准方法(中国药典法)比较,结果令人满意。
Charge transfer reaction is utilized for the assay of propranolol hydrochloride. The reaction is based on the electron donation from the drug base to the reagent (DCPIP), and subsequently form the charge transfer complexes. Optimum reaction condition has been investigated. The molecular ratio of the reactant has been established. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of propranolol hydrochloride in tablets with satisfactory results.
