摘要
目的:总结改良的舌骨肌瓣在一侧杓状软骨切除的部分喉手术中,用于喉癌术中修复的情况。方法:依据患者的病变范围为25例喉癌患者分别行5种喉部分切除术[1],全部采用改良的舌骨肌瓣进行喉重建。结果:患者拔管率100%,无呼吸困难,发音效果较理想,饮食无呛咳,痊愈出院,随访3年1例死亡,2例转移,2例复发,余20例未发现复发和转移,达到临床较好治疗效果。结论:在彻底切除癌灶的同时,用改良的舌骨肌瓣行一侧杓状软骨切除的喉功能重建有较好的疗效。
Objective：To summarize the improved hyoid muscular flap in one said arytenoid cartilage resection of partial laryngectomy,used for laryngeal cancer intraoperative repair.Methods：on the basis of the patients with lesions in range of 25patients with laryngeal carcinoma were treated by5 kinds of partial laryngectomy[1],all using modified hyoid muscular flap for laryngeal reconstruction.Results：the patient extubation rate：100%,respiratory distress,pronunciation,the effect is more ideal,diet without choking,cured,follow-up of 3 years1 patients died,2cases of metastasis,recurrence in 2 patients,20cases revealed no recurrence and metastasis,clinical curative effect to.Conclusion：in radically resected tumor at the same time,the use of modified hyoid muscle flap of arytenoid cartilage resection and reconstruction of laryngeal function has better curative effect.
