摘要
目的:探讨西替利嗪联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的临床的疗效。方法:对照组吸入舒利迭治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上口服西替利嗪治疗。结果:两组临床症状评分逐步下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),观察组在治疗第2周和第4周与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),但治疗第8周两组症状均消失。经过治疗对照组总有效率73.3%,复发13例,复发率21.7%;观察组总有效率91.7%,复发4例,复发率6.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:西替利嗪联合舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of cetirizine Cinnarizine Joint Shulgin Diego clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.Method：control the group suck Rushu Li Diego treatment,the observation group in the control group on the basis of oral cetirizine treatment.Result：two sets of clinical symptom score gradually decreased with before treatment comparison there is a significant difference（P0.05）,the observation group at treatment week 2 and week 4 with the control group comparison there were significant differences（P0.05）,but groups eight weeks of treatment the symptoms disappeared.Treated control group,the total effective rate of 73.3%,13 cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 21.7%;observation group,the total effective rate of 91.7%,four cases of recurrence,the recurrence rate was 6.7%,the two groups have significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cetirizine Cinnarizine Joint Shulgin Diego clinical efficacy for the treatment of bronchial asthma with low recurrence rate,worthy of clinical.
