冠心病患者心理护理治疗及药物治疗观察

目的:探讨冠心病患者心理护理治疗及药物治疗观察。方法:对31例冠心病患者,在进行药物治疗的同时给予细致的心理护理,对提高治愈率及预防复发均获较好的效果。结果:治疗组31例半个月临床治愈90%,无明显效果10%;对照组30例半个月临床治愈70%,无明显效果30%。结论:心理治疗对患者的影响非常重要。护士应该懂得心理学,提高心理护理质量,做患者的知心朋友,要了解和观察患者心理,对每个患者的心理状态都要心中有数,防止任何不良刺激情绪因素,加强心理护理,使患者的生理和心理始终保持在平稳状态。

Objective：To investigate the psychological nursing in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and its therapeutic observation.Methods：31 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,in drug treatment and careful mental nursing,to improve the cure rate and recurrence prevention have been good results.Results：the treatment group 31 cases of half month clinical cure in 90%,had no significant effect in 10%;the control group of 30 cases of half a month clinical cure in 70%,no significant effect of 30%.Conclusion：psychological treatment on a patient effect is so important.As nurses,should know psychology,improve the patient＇s psychological nursing quality for patients,intimate friends,to understand and observe the patient＇s psychological,to each patient＇s psychology should know the score,to prevent any adverse emotional factors,strengthen psychological care,the patients＇ physical and mental always keep in steady state.
