介绍了一种用于数控车床的精确主轴定位准停的实用方法 ,数控系统发出 M1 9命令给单片机 80 3 1系统。单片机系统通过接收主轴位置编码器的反馈信号 ,并计算后发出 1个模拟量控制主轴驱动系统 ,主轴减速并稳定到设定值 。
This article formulates the method of realizing the function of precisely positioning at the warrant stops of spindles of CNC lathes. CNC system sends out command M\-\{19\} to the system 8031 of single card microcomputer.Single card microcomputer system collects feedback signals of position encoder of spindle. After calculation it sends out analog signals to control driver system of spindle, so that spindle's speed decreases and stablilizes at the setpoint. When spindle reaches the preset angle, it stops. That is equal to say it stops at the warrant stop position.
