薄型子宫内膜30例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 30 infertile patients with thin endometrium

目的探讨薄型子宫内膜的临床特点、治疗方案和妊娠结局,为薄型子宫内膜的诊疗提供临床经验。方法对2011年1月至12月接诊的30例薄型子宫内膜病例进行回顾性分析,分析其病因及妊娠结局。结果 30例薄型子宫内膜病例,78个周期,共有9例临床妊娠。结论薄型子宫内膜是导致女性不孕的一个重要的原因,寻找病因、积极治疗和提高子宫内膜的容受性可以改善薄型子宫内膜,提高妊娠率。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,treatment and outcome of pregnancy in infertile patients with thin endometrium.Provide clinical experience of thin endometrium cases.Methods Thirty cases of infertile patients with thin endometrium from January to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.I analyzed the etiology and outcome of pregnancy.Results 9 patients were pregnant women within these 30 cases of infertile patients with thin endometrium,in78 cycles.Conclusion Thin endometrium is the leading cause of female infertility.By searching for etiology,treating actively and improving the endometrial receptivity,we can improve thin endometrium and increase pregnancy rate.
