49例2型糖尿病患者的血脂检测结果分析

Analysis of serum lipid test results in 49 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血脂检测的临床意义。方法对我院2009～2011年间收治的49例2型糖尿病患者的血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)浓度进行检测,并将检测结果与49例同期我院门诊健康体检者进行对比。结果 2型糖尿病组患者的血清TC、TG以及LDL-C浓度均高于健康对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HDL-C浓度的组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者的各项血脂指标进行检测能够尽早的发现脂代谢紊乱状况,以便为临床治疗提供依据,对于2型糖尿病的诊断和治疗有重要的意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum lipid test in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 49 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years were tested of total serum cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,and contrasted the detection results of 49 health examination people in our hospital who were healthy.Results TC,TG and LDL-C concentrations of patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were higher than that in control group,the difference between two groups had statistically significant（P 0.05）,but the difference of HDL-C concentration between two groups showed no statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion Taking serum lipid test to patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can find lipid metabolism disorder status as soon as possible,so as to provide basis for clinical treatment,it has a great significance for diagnosis and treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
