摘要
目的研究腹腔镜脾切除术患者的心理护理模式。方法对腹腔镜脾切除术患者实施相应护理措施的同时,通过对40例腹腔镜脾切除术患者心理状态进行评估,运用护理心理学方法对患者进行心理护理。结果所有的研究对象情绪稳定,心态良好,均能够积极配合医生护士顺利完成手术治疗及术后护理。结论科学有效的心理护理是顺利开展腹腔镜脾切除术的重要保障。
Objective To study the laparoscopic splenectomy patients psychological nursing mode.Methods Laparoscopic splenectomy patients were given corresponding nursing at the same time,through to the 40 cases of abdominal cavity mirror splenectomy patients mental state assessment,nursing psychology method for patients with psychological nursing.Results All of the research object emotional stability,the mindset is good,all can actively cooperate with doctors and nurses complete surgical treatment and postoperative nursing.Conclusion Scientific and effective psychological nursing is smoothly carry out the laparoscopic splenectomy important guarantee.
