手术室感染控制路径对提高手术室洁净程度及降低感染率的影响研究

The Effect on Operation Room Infection Control Path to Improve Operation Room Clean Degree and Reduce the Infection Rates

目的探讨手术室感染控制路径对神经外科手术室空气消毒效果和安全性。方法将两个空间相等、条件基本相同的手术室随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用手术室感染控制路径进行消毒管理,对照组用传统紫外线照射消毒法,分别于手术前,手术开始后10 min、后60 min,手术结束时做标准采样,比较两者的消毒效果,对两组手术患者进行随访,对比术后情况。结果手术开始前10 min、开始后10 min、开始后60 min、手术结束时,观察手术室细菌数均显著低于对照组手术室,有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。观察组术后体温升高2例(4.44%),显著低于对照组11例(24.44%)有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组手术后3 d血常规WBC>10.0×1096例(13.33%),显著低于对照组15例(33.33%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组术后抗生素使用时间、术后拆线时间均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论对于神经外科手术室,手术室感染控制路径消毒效果优于传统紫外线消毒,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the operation room infection control path in the Department of neurosurgery about operation room air disinfection efficacy and safety.Methods Two equal space operation room in same conditions were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group were given disinfection management infection control path,the control group used the traditional ultraviolet radiation disinfection method.Respectively,before surgery,after the start of surgery 10 min,after 60 min,the end of the procedure to do the standard sample,to compare the disinfection effect of the two groups of patients undergoing follow-up,compared postoperative conditions.Results The operative before the start of 10 min,after the start of 10 min,60 min,after the start of the end of surgery,the number of bacteria in the observed operating room was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference（P 0.05）.The 2 cases（4.44%） of patients in the observation group elevated body temperature was significantly lower than 11 patients（24.44%） in the control group,which had significant difference（P 0.05）;6 cases（13.33%） in observation group the WBC 10.0 × 109 using 3 d post-operative blood routine,which was significantly lower than 15 cases（33.33%） in the control group,there was a significant difference（P 0.05）;The antibiotic use time,postoperative suture removal time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group（all P 0.05）.Conclusion For Department of neurosurgery operation room,after operation room infection control path,disinfection effect is superior to the traditional ultraviolet disinfection,which is worthy of clinical use.
