摘要
针对UC轧机提出了一种新的全局板形控制方法 ,即前馈串级复合控制方法 .其中前馈控制有效地消除全局板形控制系统的耦合影响 ,而串级控制改善了控制系统的性能 .在串级控制系统中 ,内环采用自校正控制 ,而外环采用带有Smith预估的PID控制方法 ,这些措施提高了控制系统的抗干扰性能 ,并且克服了时滞对系统性能的影响 .
A new global shape control method, compound feedforward cascade control method, is presented for UC rolling mill. Here feedforward compensation eliminates the coupling effects in the global shape system, while the cascade control improves the control performance of the system. Self tuning control and PID control with Smith prediction are respectively used in the inner loop and outer loop. The disturbance rejection capacity of the system is improved and the effects of time delay are removed by using these strategies.
