腹腔镜在早期卵巢癌手术分期中的应用现状 被引量：6

摘要 卵巢癌约占女性生殖道恶性肿瘤的1／4，但其病死率居第1位，2008年全球新增卵巢癌病例225500例，死亡140200例。当前的治疗模式仍是以手术切除病灶并辅以顺铂为基础的化学治疗以消灭手术可能残留的病灶。因卵巢癌早期诊断较为困难，大多数患者就诊时已是晚期，
