恒前牙外伤冠折后断冠再接与复合树脂直接修复的疗效比较

Comparison of the clinical efficacy of permanent anterior tooth restoration by fragment reattachment and resin build-up

目的比较恒前牙外伤冠折后断冠再接和复合树脂直接修复的临床疗效。方法将116颗外伤折断片保留完整的上颌恒前牙分为断冠再接组(65颗)及复合树脂修复组(51颗),分别运用牙釉质-牙本质粘结剂和光固化复合树脂使自体断冠复位再接及光固化复合树脂直接修复,追踪观察2年,进行临床回顾性研究。结果断冠再接组2年的成功率为93.8%,复合树脂修复组2年的成功率为88.2%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体牙断冠再接术和光固化复合树脂直接修复是治疗外伤恒前牙冠折中、短期的成功而有效的过渡性修复的好方法。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of the permanent anterior tooth restoration by fragment re- attachment and the resin build - up. Methods A total of 116 permanent anterior teeth from 108 patients with intact incis- al edge segments were selected and divided into Group A and B, in which the subjects were treated with reattachment with the enamel - dentin adhesive and the resin composite, and rebuilt - up by the composite resin, respectively. And all cases were assessed clinically with a 2 - year follow - up. Results The success rates in Group A and B were 93.8% and 88.2%, respectively, with no significant difference between them. Conclusion The permanent anterior teeth restoration by fragment reattaehment and resin build - up present are conservative, cost - effective, simple and aesthetic treatments.
