转化生长因子β_1及其Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型受体在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及其Ⅰ型受体(TβRⅠ)、Ⅱ型受体(TβRⅡ)在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测48例子宫内膜腺癌、19例子宫内膜非典型增生、20例正常增殖期子宫内膜组织中TGF-β1、TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ蛋白的表达情况,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果 TGF-β1、TβRⅠ在子宫内膜腺癌、子宫内膜非典型增生中的表达明显低于正常增殖期子宫内膜(P<0.01),TβRⅡ在子宫内膜腺癌、子宫内膜非典型增生及正常增殖期子宫内膜之间的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TGF-β1、TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ在中、低分化癌组织中的表达明显低于高分化癌组织(P<0.05,P<0.01),但三者的表达与临床分期、肌层浸润、淋巴结转移无明显关系(P>0.05)。正常增殖期子宫内膜、子宫内膜非典型增生组织中TGF-β1、TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ三者之间表达呈一致性,两两均呈正相关,但子宫内膜腺癌组织中TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ的表达缺乏相关性。结论 TGF-β1、TβRⅠ、TβRⅡ表达的异常共同参与了子宫内膜腺癌的发生和发展,但TβRⅠ表达的下调可能是始动因素,起着更关键的作用。
