党的建设科学化评价指标体系研究

中国的一切事情,关键在党;提高党的建设科学化水平,关键是抓落实;其中探讨党的建设科学化评价指标的构建,又是促进党的建设科学化水平提高的重要途径。党的建设科学化指标选择,是以十八大精神为指导,以马克思主义建党理论为理论依据,以党的先进性教育活动和党的先进性建设为实践依据,以促进党内和谐为内在依据。本文从党的自身建设内容入手,结合专家学者的咨询结果,运用部分与整体相结合、定性与定量相结合、静态与动态相结合的方法,对党的建设科学化评价指标体系进行了有益的探讨。

Among all the things in China, the key is the party. As to improving the scientific level of par- ty＇s construction, the key is implementation. The scientific evaluation indicator system of the Party＇s con- struction is the important way to promote the improvement of the scientific level of party＇s construction. The selection of the scientific level of party＇s construction takes the spirits of 18th NCCPC as the guide, using the Marxist theory of Party building as the theoretical basis, making the Party＇s advancement education and the construction of the Party＇s advancement as the practice basis, and enhances the party＇s inner-harmony as the inherent basis. The paper starts with the Party＇s self-construction, taking into consideration the expert＇s con- sultation results , combining the part with the whole, the qualitative with the quantitative, and the dynamic with the static state, so as make the beneficial discussion on the scientific evaluation indicator system of the Party＇ s construction.
