摘要
军事演习作为战争的演练与准备,是国家的一种重要战略手段。冷战后,随着国际格局的剧烈变动与安全观的演化,军事演习成为冷战后突出的国际现象,日益超越传统的军事范畴而被赋予更多的涵义,并且在国际关系领域发挥着日益显著的作用。美韩同盟框架下的"协作精神"联合军事演习在朝鲜核问题上的政治博弈发挥了重要的作用,上海合作组织框架下的"和平使命"联合军事演习在地缘政治博弈中同样显现了巨大的价值。
Military exercise is an important strategic means for the preparation of war. After the cold war, with the change of international situation and the evolution of security concept, military exercises become prominent international phenomenon with more meaning beyond the traditional military areas, and play an in- creasingly significant role in the field of international relations. The＂Team Spirit＂joint military exercise of The United States-South Korea Alliance has nuclear issue. The ＂peace mission＂joint Organization also appeared huge political played an important role in the political game in the North Korean military exercises under the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation value in the geopolitical game.
