基于压缩感知的协同创新评价方法研究

The Research of Collaborative Innovation Evaluation Method Based on Compressive Sensing

为促进高等教育与科技、经济、文化的有机结合,我国实施"2011计划",积极推动协同创新。本文以协同创新基本结构为基础,提出以协同创新中心为主体的协同创新评价理论,构建协同创新评价指标体系,同时,建立基于压缩感知的协同创新评价模型,通过样本测试,使之应用于协同创新评价,对实际工作提供借鉴。

In order to promote the organic combination of higher education and science and technology, economy, culture, the 2011 Plan is implemented in China and collaborative innovation is actively promoted. Based on the basic structure of collaborative innovation, the paper puts forward the cooperative innovation evaluation theory dominated by collaborative innovation center, builds the cooperative innovation evaluation index system, and builds the cooperative innovation evaluation model based on compressive sensing. It passed the sample tests, and will be applied to the collaborative innovation evaluation, providing reference for the actual work.
