国外铁路机车车辆维修管理模式研究

Research on Maintenance Management Mode of Rolling Stock Abroad

本文结合国外各国铁路机车车辆维修管理模式的特点,通过对国外铁路机车车辆维修管理模式的介绍和对比分析,将铁路机车车辆维修的模式分为基本自主、半外包和全外包三种模式并分析了各自的特点,对我国铁路机车车辆维修管理有很大的借鉴意义,也适用于我国动车组的维修管理。

This article introduces and analyses the maintenance mode of rolling stock abroad, which was divided into three mode： autonomously, partial outsourcing and GOS. By analyzing characteristics of the three mode, it＇s meaningful for China railway rolling stock maintenance and also suited for CRH EMUs maintenance management.
