双鸭山白钨矿、磁-赤铁矿选矿厂球磨机基础支墩结构加固

摘要 双鸭山白钨矿、磁-赤铁矿选矿厂部分建设项目处于冬期施工阶段,其中球磨机基础施工,存在地脚螺栓预埋套管位置偏差大、基础混凝土受冻强度偏低等较大的质量问题。通过分析比较,决定对球磨机基础采取加大支墩断面的结构加固方案。基础支墩加固方案实施后,满足了按期投产要求,且投产后球磨机也能够正常运行使用。 Shuangyashan scheelite, magnetic-hematite mineral processing plant construction is in winter construction phase, there are many problems in construction of ball mill foundation, such as anchor bolts embedded casing position deviation, the underlying strength of concrete due to freezing. By comparison, the paper decides structure reinforcement program for ball mill foundation. After implementing foundation pier reinforcement scheme, it meets the demands of scheduled production, and the ball mill is also used in normal.
