本桥全长216.25m,跨高速铁路施工,受天窗点的影响,混凝土无法一次性浇筑完成。项目部确定了先浇注边跨桥面板,再浇注中跨跨中区段桥面板,最后浇注墩顶桥面板的分段浇筑顺序,确保了钢梁叠合时面板与钢梁之间连接质量,希望能够给类似项目提供一些参考。
The length of bridge is 216.25m, across the high-speed railway construction. Influenced by skylights, concrete cannot be pouring a time. Project Department determined the pouring order, first, pouring side across bridges panel, second pouring middle across section of bridge deck, last pouring top deck of subparagraph cast pier, to ensure the connection quality between panel and steel beam, hoping to provide some reference to similar projects.
