摘要
平顶山市文化宫培训学校结合广东青年干部学院的历奇培训,结合本地的素质拓展锻炼,尝试进行创建学习型组织结合野外体验式培训,拓宽了工会干部培训模式,对新时期做好工会的培训工作进行了有益探索。
Pingdingshan Culture Palace Training School, combining with the adventure training of Guangdong Youth Leaders College and the local quality expansion exercise, tried to create a new training mode combining with learning organization and field experience training. This mode broadens the trade union cadres training mode and is the useful exploration for the trade union training in new period.
