摘要
基于最优控制的思想 ,通过对控制系统的过程模拟 ,提出一种最优模糊神经网络控制器的设计方案。首先利用基于十进制编码机制的遗传算法寻找最优的控制器结构 ,然后利用基于浮点数编码机制的遗传算法寻找最优的控制器参数。
An optimal control scheme based on fuzzy neural network is proposed through simulating the process of the control system. Firstly, the structure of the fuzzy neural network controller (FNNC) is optimized by using a genetic algorithm with a decimal coding scheme. Secondly, a genetic algorithm with a real coding scheme is used to find the optimal parameters of the controller. Numerical simulations show that the performance of the proposed FNNC is better than that of common fuzzy controller.
