摘要
制造执行系统(MES)是企业信息集成的纽带,是实施企业敏捷制造战略和实现车间生产敏捷化的基本技术手段。文章阐述了MES的内涵,在罐式集装箱行业生产特点的基础上,提出了MES功能设计和系统实现方法,以提高企业的生产管理水平。
The Manufacturing Execution Systems （MES） is a link of the enterprise information integration, and a basic technical essential of the implementation of agile manufacturing of factories and production lines. Based on container manufacturing industry, the concept of the MES, the functional design and realization method of MES system are described in this paper. The proposed solution will improve the production management efficiency of container manufacturing enterprises.
