超高大跨度钢屋架拼装支撑系统设计与施工 被引量:5

摘要 某工程中庭高30m,屋架单榀跨度达27.5m,重10t。考虑到后续工程施工,选用满堂式脚手架支撑系统,采用碗扣式钢管脚手架与扣件式钢管脚手架组合搭设方式。通过荷载验算、各层楼板回顶加固、剪刀撑设置及连墙件设置等措施,保证了施工进度和质量。总结出超高大跨度脚手架设计和施工的控制因素是整体稳定,扣件式钢管脚手架和碗扣式钢管脚手架混合使用时,可靠拉结是确保架体整体稳定的关键所在。 The atrium of a project is 30m high and single frame of roof truss spans 27.5 m wide, with a total weight of 10t. Considering follow-up engineering constructions, full-hall scaffold supporting system is adopted with combination of bowl-buckle scaffold and fastener-type scaffold. The construction schedule and quality are successfully ensured through various measures, such as load verification, compression reinforcement on each floor, setting of bridging and wall connector, etc. It is concluded that integral stability relies on control factors for superhigh wide-span scaffold supporting system and on reliable connection for supporting system combining tubular fastener scaffold and bowl-buckle scaffold.
