砖混建筑拆墙改造技术

WALL-REMOVING AND REBUILDING TECHNIQUES FOR BRICK AND CONCRETE BUILDING

通过砖混结构改造实例,介绍了先施工托换结构,后拆除承重墙的托换技术。包括托换梁、托换柱的设计方案及在施工过程中为保证施工质量及安全所采取的措施。该类改造工程先施工托换结构,再凿除墙体,避免了先凿除墙体、后设置托换结构方案中支撑楼面荷载的难度和风险,可为同类设计提供参考。

Based on brick and concrete structure reconstruction practices, introductions are made on underpinning technique of erecting underpinning structure before dismantlement of load-hearing wall, including design scheme of underpinning beam and column and measures for ensuring construction quality and safety during construction. It is found that the construction method of erecting underpinning structure before removing wall could avoid construction difficulties often encountered by reverse construction sequence,providing ,~aluabie references for similar projects.
