摘要
直立锁边压型铝板作为屋面顶板在建筑使用过程中存在的主要缺陷是屋面板抗风揭强度不足。结合某轻轨交通高架站屋面、某奥体中心体育场罩棚屋面和某机场航站楼屋面等3个大型公共建筑的压型铝板屋面局部掀起实例,分析了直立锁边压型铝板及其零配件系统受风吸力破坏的原因,并给出了抗强风掀起的解决方案。
Upstanding overhanded profiled aluminium plate has some defects when being used as building roof surface and the worst defect is its insufficient strength against lifting by wind. Based on three cases where profiled aluminium plate roof is locally lifted, including roof of a light rail overhead station, stadium shed roof of an Olympic Center, terminal building roof of an airport, reasons for damage caused by wind load on upstanding overhanded profiled aluminium plate and its components are analyzed and countermeasures against lifting by strong wind are introduced.
