摘要
由于大体积混凝土结构中钢筋密集,地脚螺栓难于准确固定,为保证其埋设准确性,采用钢框固定地脚螺栓预埋法。通过地脚螺栓测量定位、预埋螺栓框架制作、整体预埋螺栓,确保了钢结构工程的质量及进度,可为类似工程借鉴。
Considering dense steel bars in massive concrete structure, it is difficult to fix anchor bolt accurately. So, the pre-embedded method using steel frame to fix anchor is adopted to guarantee the pre-embedment accuracy. Construction quality and schedule of steel structure are successfully guaranteed through measurement and positioning of anchor bolt, fabrication of pre-embedded bolt frame and integral bolt pre-embedment, providing valuable references for similar projects.
