淮安特钢产业与物流业联动发展对策研究

Study on Countermeasures for Joint Development of Special-utility Steelmaking Industry and Logistics Industry in Huaian

以淮安市特钢产业的龙头企业江苏沙钢集团淮钢特钢股份有限公司为例,从产业物流量、物流特征、物流管理水平以及目前物流业务剥离情况入手,结合目前在产业领域对接物流企业群情况,分析其存在的问题,从特钢企业、物流企业以及政府三方提出两业联动的发展对策。

In this paper with Jiangsu Shagang Group Huaigang Special-utility Steelmaking Stock Co., Ltd., the lead enterprise of the spe-cial-utility steel industry of Huaian, as the example, we started from the volume, characteristics and management level of the logistics operation of the industry as well as the current situation of the stripping of the logistics business and in light of the situation of the docking with logistics enterprise clusters in the field, we analyzed the existing problems and proposed countermeasures for the development of the industry for the special-utility steel makers, logistics enterprises and the government.
