摘要
通过对我国道路货运市场两次重大变革的分析以及市场开放前后的对比,论述了道路货运市场物流公共信息平台的发展缘起,总结了发展历程,剖析了发展动因,指出平台产生的本质原因在于市场信息不对称,其发展历程既是在我国道路货运市场放开后,为了满足不同阶段市场不同需求而不断调整自身功能的一个发展过程,也是市场发展到特定阶段的必然需求。
In this paper, through analyzing the two major shifts of the roadway freight market of China and comparing the differences before and after the open-up of the market, we introduced the causes for the development of the roadway freight market public logistics information platform, summarized its developmental course and pointed out that the fundamental cause for the coming-into-being of the platform was the asymmetry of market information and its developmental course could be seen as a process of continual adjustment of its own function to suit market demand of different stages after the open-up of the roadway freight market of China, which was also the inevitable result of the develop-ment of the market.
