物流责任保险视野下物流商与保险人的双赢建构

A Logistics Liability Insurance Perspective on Establishing Win-win Relationship between Logistics Operator and Insurer

基于物流作业过程的划分,阐述了物流商面临的6类主要责任风险,进而介绍了我国现阶段物流责任保险主险及附加险的设置情况,然后指出我国物流责任保险在实施中的困境,并从各方面分析了造成物流责任险处境困难的原因,最后从保险人与物流商两方面出发,提出了构建双方共赢的市场体制的具体措施。

In this paper, on the basis of the demarcation of the logistics operation, we introduced the six major liability and risks exposed to the logistics operators as well as the principal policies and additional policies of the logistics liability insurance, then pointed out the difficulties for the implementation of the insurance in China, analyzed the causes of the difficulties from multiple aspects, and finally from the perspective of the insurer and the logistics operator, proposed the specific measures to establish a market system that could realize win-win for the two parties.
