Study on Situation and Strategy of Development of SMS Private Logistics Enterprises in Xi’an

结合西安中小型民营快递企业发展中存在的优劣势,深入探讨了西安中小型民营快递企业的发展趋势,并针对性地提出了顺应快递企业发展趋势的七项发展策略建议,以期对西安地区及其他地区的民营快递企业的发展提供些许决策建议。

In this paper, in light of an analysis of the advantage and disadvantage of the development of the small-and-medium-sized private express enterprises in Xi＇an, we discussed in-depth the trend of these enterprises and then accordingly proposed seven suggestions to support their development that suited the aforementioned trend, which, we hope, could facilitate the development of the private express enterprises in Xi＇an and other regions.
