Study on Optimization of Logistics Cost of Chain Operation Supermarkets

在对连锁经营超市及物流成本相关理论进行介绍的基础上,分析了我国连锁经营超市物流成本管理存在的弊端,指出物流成本优化的必要性,在分析连锁经营超市成本优化策略时,提出连锁经营超市的物流成本优化不仅要进行单项成本优化,更要进行物流总成本优化,从而达到对物流成本的有效降低。

In this paper, on the basis of an introduction of the theories relating to chain operational supermarkets and logistics cost, we analyzed the deficiencies in the logistics cost management of the chain operation supermarkets in China, pointed out the necessity for the optimization of the lo gistics cost, analyzed the corresponding strategies, and at the end proposed that it should not only be targeted at single items of cost but also aim at the total logistics cost.
