摘要
通过构建快递并购系统不同阶段的超网络,得出了快递公司在并购过程中遇到的各种资源网络与社会网络组成的超网络,进而讨论了快递公司并购之后面临的客户量分配问题。站在并购方和被并购方两个角度,讨论了双方不同的并购目的,并构建超网络系统求得使整个系统实现最优的解,最后给出了求解最优解的相应算法。
In this paper, through establishing the hyper-network of the different stage~ of the M&A system of express enterprises, we derived the hyper-network composed of the various resource networks and social networks in the M&A process of these enterprises and then discussed the problem of customer resource distribution after the merger or acquisition of the enterprises. Further, from the perspective of the acquirer and the ac-quired, we discussed the different objectives in the M&A operation, established the hyper-network model to optimize the system, and at the end presented the algorithm for the optimal solution.
