青海省生产性服务业内部结构演变趋势分析

Study on Evolutionary Trend of Internal Structure of Productive Service Industry of Qinghai

经济的发展与产业结构的调整具有一致性。在分析生产性服务业内部结构演变趋势的基础上,通过建立计量经济模型,深入分析了青海省改革开放以来生产性服务业内部结构演变过程、特征及动因,最后提出了促进生产性服务业结构进一步升级的建议措施:适可而止地发展物流业和批发、零售贸易业;注重产业人才队伍建设;积极推动西宁周边地区经济一体化。

The economic development of a region usually remains consistent with the adjustment of industrial structure of the region. In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the evolutionary trend of the internal structure of the productive service industry and by establishing an econo-metric model, we analyzed in depth the process, characteristics and driving forces of the evolution of the internal structure of the productive service industry of Qinghai since reform and open-up, and finally proposed the suggestions to further upgrade the structure of the productive service indus-try of the province, including developing to a reasonable degree the logistics, wholesaling and retailing industries, paying attention to human re-source construction of the industries, and actively pushing forward the economic integration of Xining and the surrounding area.
