滇越边境口岸物流体系的构建

Establishment of Entry Port Logistics System at Yunnan-Vietnam Border

在云南"桥头堡"战略下,为使滇越各边境口岸物流在云南发展全局中形成定位合理、层次清晰的边境口岸物流体系,从边境口岸物流载体城市经济状况、基础设施、口岸规模及政治政策环境四个方面,构建滇越边境口岸物流重要度评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对滇越各边境口岸进行了评价,并依据评分将边境口岸物流重要性分为核心、重要、一般三个层次。最后依据滇越边境口岸物流的特点、分布及层次定位,构建了基于双核伞形模型的滇越边境口岸物流体系。

In this paper, under the ＂bridgehead strategy＂, in order to form an entry port logistics system with more reasonable positioning and clearer structure along the Yunnan-Vietnam border in the overall development plan of Yunnan, we established the importance evaluation index system of entry portlogistics alongYunnan-Vietnam border on the aspects of economic status of the carrier city of entry port logistics, infrastruclure, scale of entry port and political and policy environment, used AHP the evaluate the various entry ports along the border and classified them as core ports, important port and general ports. At the end according to the characteristics, geographical distrbution and structural positioning of the entry ports, we established the entry port logistics system along the Yunnan-Vietnam border based on dual-core umbrella model.
