Study on Plan for Rejecting Cigarette Cartons with Unqualified Bar-codes in Inbound Process of Finished Cigarette Products

主要介绍了件烟箱身份识别码的结构和作用,同时,分析了入库过程中出现的各种不合格码件烟箱情况及影响,提出了剔除不合格码件烟箱的解决方案:采用由本地PLC控制的2套拉开一定距离的剔除机构、2套对射光电管、3套条形阅读器,通过本地PLC及上位系统的数据交换及协作,在避免对件烟箱进行复杂动态跟踪的情况下,有效地解决了卷烟工业企业成品入库过程中不合格码件烟箱的剔除问题,避免了不合格码件烟箱进入商业环节造成的质量事故,保证了件烟箱有唯一的身份识别码。

In this paper, we mainly introduced the structure and function of the ID code of the tobacco carton. Meanwhile we analyzed the vari-ous situations of unqualified bar-codes for cigarette cartons in the inbound process and their impact and then proposed the solution to weed out the cartons with unqualified bar-codes. To be more specific, we adopted two sets of PLC-controlled eliminating mechanism intentionally positioned a- part, two sets of oppositely-firing phototube and three sets of bar-code reader and with data interchange and collaboration with an upper system, ef-fectively overcame the difficulty in eliminating the problematic cartons, thus avoiding quality accidents and ensuring the cigarette cartons to have one and onlv ID code.
