2004年出台的《国内航空运输价格改革方案》实施已近十年,运价改革推动了航空运输市场的良性竞争,促进了民航业发展和民航强国建设,提高了航空公司的运营效率和服务质量。系统评价此次改革的实施效果对深化我国民航运价改革具有重要实践价值和决策参考作用。未来我国价格工作的重点是进一步放宽运价规制,提高民航运价的市场化程度,优化民航资源配置。

China＇s “Reform Program of the Domestic Civil Aviation Transport Fare” was put into practice in 2004, al- most a decade ago, and the reform has given impetus to healthy competition in the aviation transport market, promoted the development of civil aviation and the construction of “air power”, boosted airlines＇ operating efficiency and service quality. Systematically evaluating the effects of this reform has practical value and decision reference for deepening national civil aviation price reform.The future focus should be relaxing transport pricing regulation, strengthening transport pricing marketization and optimizing resource allocation of civil aviation.
