小产权房带来诸多价格和法律问题,对我国经济社会的稳定和协调发展产生了诸多不利影响。破解小产权房问题,要坚持公平正义、以人为本并综合运用价格杠杆、调控和法律手段等逐步理顺和解决。
Houses with limited property rights bring about many price and legal issues and have some adverse effects on China's economic and social stability and harmonious development. We must insist on equity and justice, stay people-oriented and integrate price leverage, regulation and legal means to gradually rationalize and solve these problems.
