从西方国家私立高校的发展探讨我国民办高校发展的策略——以美、日私立高校发展为例

Explore the Development Strategy of China's Private Colleges from the Development of Western Private Colleges——Take the Development of American and Japanese Private Colleges as an example

纵观西方国家高等教育的发展,私立高校占有重要的地位,在部分西方国家高等教育由精英化向大众化阶段发展的过程中,私立高校发挥了重要贡献。我国民办高校从二十世纪八十年代开始产生,目前已发展成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,但是由于各种外在及内在因素的影响,民办高校的发展仍然存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文通过对美、日等国私立高校发展现状及原因的研究,结合我国目前民办高校发展的现状,希望能从外国私立高校的发展中得到一些启示。

Throughout the development of higher education in western countries, occupies an important position in private universi- ties, private colleges and universities play an important conlribution in some Western countries, the process of the development of hig- her education from the elite to the popular stage. Private Universities in China from the 1980s to produce, has developed into an im- portant part of the higher education in China, but due to a variety of external and internal factors, the development of private colleges and universities, there are still many problems to be solved. In this paper, the study of the situation and reason of the development of Private Universities in the United States, Japan and other counlries, combined with the status quo of China＇s current development of private colleges universities, hope to get some inspiration from the development of foreign private universities.
