我国农业高校产学研合作教育存在的问题及对策

产学研合作教育是高等院校培养创新人才的重要途径。通过分析农业高等院校产学研合作教育发展现状、合作机制、模式及存在的问题,发现我国农业高校产学研合作模式主要以科技成果转化、创新人才培养、科技信息服务为主体功能,在提升学校创新人才培养能力、社会服务能力、科技成果转化能力等方面成效显著。但在产学研合作教育理念的理解及其合作机制的适应性等方面存在较多问题,需要从创新产学研合作模式、完善合作机制、健全社会支撑和保障体系三方面突破,推进我国农业高校产学研合作教育的快速发展。
