With the development of economic globalization and the Internet, international exchanges have become increas- ingly frequent in the field of art and design, in this environment, bilingual teaching of college to become a “bridge” type cour- ses, this article explores how to design artthe bilingual basic teaching courses, to find a way of teaching for creativity and strong fight-brain thinking ability of students.
