摘要 随着我国高等职业教育的改革与发展,特别是校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式的实施,传统一学年两学期制教学组织模式已不能适应新的要求。本文根据笔者多年的专业教学改革与专业建设经验,以湖北交通职业技术学院应用电子技术专业为例,对多学期、分段式教学组织模式进行设计,并对实践学段教学要求及考核方式进行了重点阐述,以提高学生的实践能力和综合素质。 With the reform and development of China's vocatiorml education, especiaUy school-enterprise cooperation, combi- ning learning with the implementation of the training model, the traditional academic year of two semesters teaching organiza- tional model can not meet the new requirements. According to the author many years of professional teaching reform and pro- fessional building experience, take application of electronic technology professional, Hubei Communications Technical College, for example, the design of multi-semester, segmented teaching organizational model, and practice and learn the teaching requi- rements and assessment methods are emphasized, in order to improve students' practical ability and overall quality.
