高校青年教师思想政治教育受影响的环境因素复杂,存在的问题突出,本文旨在高校青年教师思想政治教育迫切需要加强的时刻,理清思路,为制定合理的关于加强高校青年教师思想政治教育的制度提供参考。

Young university teachers＇ ideological and political education is affected by complex factors and many problems have existed. This paper aims at clarifying the thoughts to make reasonable policies on strengthening the ideological and poli- tical education of young university teachers at a time of urgent need of such education.
