摘要
目的探讨扩散张量成像技术(DTI)对原发性开角型青光眼患者视放射损害的诊断价值。方法对29例青光眼患者及27例健康志愿者进行常规磁共振成像(MRI)及DTI序列检查,重建各向异性(FA)图和平均扩散系数(Dav)图。在FA图和Dav图上设置感兴趣区,计算视放射的平均Dav值和平均FA值。结果方向编码彩色图能清晰显示视放射,青光眼患者的FA值为0.51±0.43、Dav值为8.39±0.39;正常对照组的FA值为0.54±0.06、Dav值为7.97±1.07,与对照组比较,青光眼患者视放射的Dav值明显升高(P<0.05),FA值明显降低(P<0.05)。结论原发性开角型青光眼是可以累及视放射的神经性疾病,本研究提示以上参数可用于青光眼患者视放射损害的检测。
Objective To explore diffusion - tensor (DT) magnetic resonance (MR) imaging to the injuries of the optic radia- tions in patients with primary open angle glaucoma. Methods 29 glaucoma,27 normal subjects received DTI. Two sample tests were used to evaluate the difference of the FA value and the Day value between the patients and normal controlled. Results The Day of optic radiations in patients with glaucoma, as compared with control subjects was significantly higher and the FA was significantly lower. Conclusion Glaucoma is a complex neurologic disease that affects the optic radiations, The finding that DTI MR imaging - derived Day and FA in the optic radiations correlate with glaucoma suggests that these parameters could serve as complementary indicators of disease diagnose.
