摘要 某大型专用设备运动件处于高温、大载荷、高速、长运动距离的恶劣工况,润滑点虽达400个但仍有较多润滑盲区。根据油的抗磨性能和工况选定38号汽缸油(1000号油)作为润滑油,以管路沿程阻力为依据确定润滑系统的结构和参数,润滑主管路采取了双蒸汽伴热管对称布局而气流反向的管路均匀加热方式和相应监控措施;对喷油嘴喷头8个油孔中心线采用空间直线倾斜旋转分布的方法消除润滑盲区,提升了喷油效果。润滑系统运行良好,试验表明用绝对温度的Walther粘温方程建立的38号汽缸油的粘温关系比较准确。 The kinetic parts of certain temperature,large load, high speed and a long special equipment worked in such bad conditions as high kinetic distance. Although there were 400 lubricating spots , there were many non-lubricated areas. According to abrasion-resisting capability and the working conditions of oil, No. 38cylinder oil(i, e. No. 1000 oil)was chosen as lubricating oil of the system, and to the distance resistance of pipe, both structure and parameters of the one were made certain. Equally-heating method of which two heat-companying copper pipes were distributed symmetrically and their inner steams flowed in the opposite direction was adopted, and corresponding monitoring measures were taken. The way of which the central lines of eight oil holes of nozzle were dimensional, oblique and revolvingly distributed was used to eliminate non-lubricated areas and improve the effect of spraying oil. The lubricating system ran well. Experimental results show that the relation of viscosity of No. 38 cylinder oil with temperature set up by the absolute temperature viscosity-temperature equation is more accurate.
