船舶测控设备智能校验系统的开发与应用

Development and application of ship measurement and control device intelligent check system

由于对船舶测控设备功能模块的调试、校准和维修的需要,通过对电源部分、工业控制计算机系统、校验信号转换接口装置的硬件进行设计,利用VC进行软件编程设计,采用基于规则的专家系统故障诊断方法,开发了船舶测控设备智能校验系统,实现了对船舶测控设备中参数测量、数据采集、计算、通信和供电等多种功能模块的智能校验,节省设备调试、校准和维修的时间。

Owing to the need of debug, calibration and repair of ship measurement and control device＇s functional modules,this paper designs the hardware of power, industrial control computer system and check signal converting equipment, designs the software by using VC program, uses expert system fault diagnose method based on rules, and develops the ship measurement and control device intelligent check system. It has realized the intelligent check of ship measurement and control device＇s functional modules which have the function of parameter measuring, data acquisition, calculation, communication and power supply.
