摘要
【目的】分析小叶蝉亚科不同类群网粒体储存区的形态特点,为进一步研究小叶蝉亚科昆虫的行为学以及系统学提供信息。【方法】采用扫描电镜,对小叶蝉亚科6族19种昆虫翅面的网粒体储存区进行超微形态观察。【结果】小叶蝉亚科昆虫翅面网粒体储存区的特点是其上均具有横脊,并分布有感器。但不同类群横脊分布的明显程度和感器的密集程度存在差异,网粒体储存区可分为显著型、较明显型及模糊型3个主要类型。【结论】网粒体储存区形态上存在的差异可能与昆虫生活的生境密切相关,其形态上的差异可为昆虫分类提供一定的参考。
[Objective] We analyzed the ultramorphology characteristics of the brochosome-area in dif- ferent groups of Typhlocybinae to improve the researches on ethology and systematics of Typhlocybinae. [Method] Brochosome-area of forewings in 19 representative species from 6 tribes of Typhlocybinae was investigated using scanning electron microscopy. [Result] The brochosome-area has ridges and sensilla. The clarities of ridges and the intensities of sensilla among groups are quite different. Therefore, based on ultramorphology characteristics,the brochosome-area of forewings can be classified to 3 categories:remark- able type, intermediate evident type, and vague type. [Conclusion] The ultramorphology of the brocho- some-area might closely relate with their habitats. Moreover,observing and comparing ultramorphology of the brochosome-area can improve the classification of insect.
